I had significant work on my brakes last week. Everything was straightforward. I have had my (new-to-me) '99 Camry less than one month. I am still struggling with many features of the car--window-defrosting, etc.. When I picked up my car after the repair, I was sitting in the BMC lot, trying to scoot the driver's seat up to the peddles--trial-and-error, one knob-thingie at a time. Just then, a tall middle-aged Caucasian gentleman came by--a BMC employee, I think--and asked if I needed help. He told me exactly how to move the seat.
