I love Berkeley Minicar. All the people I interact with are the perfect combination of skill and warmth. I feel at ease asking questions and understandable answers/help is readily offered. In my last visit, I noted the trip displays on my Prius were not as desired, but I didn't know how to change (so you live with it...) It was the end of the day (almost 5:30) and yet Service Manager Rick Nielsen offered to figure it out with me. We went out to the car and this minor annoyance was quickly resolved. Of course, I also got great service on my car--regular oil change--at a great price. It's the little things that make me fully trust their advice and interest in my car.
