Specific to the optical shop, things have really gone downhill. The majority of the staff are new. I was given bogus information regarding my insurance and what it covered, causing wasted time calling VSP to clarify and prove them wrong. When picking my glasses up the final bill was wrong, causing them to send me an additional bill with a past due balance. Called to ask what happened, was promised that optical shop manager would call me back to clarify. One week later, still no call back. I suggest bringing in an experienced optical manager as all staff appear to be entry-level, and anyone I worked with regarding VSP or billing were totally clueless.
