As honest as the day is long. I was told by one shop that I needed a $1000 brake job. I went to Berkshire and told them to do it, and they absolutely REFUSED to sell me a brake job....said that there's nothing wrong with the brakes (and didn't charge me to look at them either). They had permission to do the job, I felt it was needed, but I didn't want to pay $1000. I thought I could save a buck. I saved $1000. They have a customer for life in me!

I made an appointment to have a bearing replaced on my 2019 Honda CRV. I test drove the vehicle with one of the mechanics there and he confirmed that he heard the sound in the back right tire before going forward with the replacement. The replacement was done in the time suggested and the car no longer makes a sound and is very quiet. So happy that i was corrected and at a reasonable price.
