Excellent help in store. Explained differences in products production adn care. Let us explore and investigate. Very helpful. We left without buying but were assured we could call back and place an order. When I called back and left a couple of messages, it took 5 days for them to return my call. I thought this was poor on their part. They apologized and took the order and all went well but they need to answer messages faster. Especailly to make a sale!

I shopped at best deal on the recommendation of my son but I had a bad experience or should I say am having a bad experience. The sectional I opened out-of-the-box is missing one third of the back pieces. The rocker recliner is totally broken when you recline it tips you out to the left and I am still waiting for a callback and a truck to pick up and exchange it.

My wife and I went here to buy a sectional and we got a good deal on it. We ordered it one month in advance of the day we would be moving to be sure we would have it in time. We called 2 days before the move to confirm the time we would be picking it up and the employee informed us that they had shipped the wrong color couch and they had to order the right one and it would not be there on the day we had planned on. I feel like we should not have had to call and learn that information, they should have called us to let us know of the mix up. If we had not called, we would have shown up on the day of the move and had no idea our couch was not there. The employee did not seem sympathetic or sorry at all and exhibited poor customer service.
