It would have been nice to know that the doctor was doing surgery and would not be getting to seeing Pugsley until after 4 pm but other than that it was great

We apologize for the confusion! Pugsley was dropped off during a surgery day, and his exam was worked in between procedures so that he did not have to wait for care. Diagnostics & pain management were provided in between as well. Follow up occurred once everyone was accounted for during the day :)

I have taken my two parrots to Best Friends since they were very young. They have had the best care by 'Doctor Victoria' who is gentle and kind, and highly informed of all things 'bird.' I board my birds there, too, as they have a bird room, and they come home relaxed, well-fed, and happy. I cannot recommend them enough.

This is the best Vet I’ve ever met. She was so personable and professional as well as her staff. She was very knowledgeable and even took the time to teach me how to clip my Guinea pigs nails!

The entire staff was very helpful and able to get my pet seen quickly. They are also very upfront and reasonable about cost of services, which takes a lot of stress off me. The office was also very clean and welcoming, and has beautiful murals on the walls that are nicely distracting when you’re nervously waiting with your pet. The vet was very calm and knowledgeable, as was the vet tech who first met us. I really appreciate their attention to detail and being invested in my case!
