The first two times I went the hairdresser did not do what I had been used to. Ok this can happen so I decided to go again the same thing told me a bunch of reasons why her process wouldn't work for me.

Last time I saw the owner love him! He got it it immediately and got the product that was needed.

What's the big deal to accommodate a client life is too complicated today. We need an open ear. Ronnie is my hero he fabulous and now I can be at peace. Thank you Ronnie
