I have been going to Felicia for 17 years so obviously I am very satisfied. I travel from New York to Connecticut.
Maria is always accommodating and helpful with scheduling appointments and performs her other salon functions well.
Ron goes out of his way to help you with your needs, and Ron, Felicia and Maria always make you feel comfortable and create a very pleasant atmosphere. The salon is clean and appointments are scheduled in a timely manner.

The first two times I went the hairdresser did not do what I had been used to. Ok this can happen so I decided to go again the same thing told me a bunch of reasons why her process wouldn't work for me.
Last time I saw the owner love him! He got it it immediately and got the product that was needed.
What's the big deal to accommodate a client life is too complicated today. We need an open ear. Ronnie is my hero he fabulous and now I can be at peace. Thank you Ronnie
