i am on a family account, so when i checked in i was approached with information that my sister owed money for a previous visit and that i may not be seen because our account has a balance. i gave information that my sister will be responsible for her own balance and i was told that will be seen as scheduled but its a one time thing. i always enjoy my visits here and was a little amazed with this particular situation. other than that the appointment went as scheduled.
