Cleaning was scheduled, I was also to have 3 caps installed. Arrived and found out that caps were not in because of holiday weekend. No one called to tell me this prior so I could reschedule to do all in one appointment. It's now been 1 week and I still don't know if caps are in, one temporary was off prior to cleaning and is still off. Disappointing.
