The staff at Bethalto Family Vision Care is friendly and extremely helpful. Dr. Ellison makes the process very comfortable and extremely informative. The entire process felt like having lunch with a dear friend as opposed to another "hurry up & wait" doctor's appointment. I would whole-heartedly recommend Bethalto Family Vision Care to anyone needing eye care.

Visit was good . Please note in my file that it takes more drops to dilate my pupils, this has happened the last two times and takes longer to complete visit.

it is always a wonderful and very pleasant experience with each appointment. The entire staff from Dr. Mark to everyone in the office are fantastic and highly professinal. have no problem recommending them to everyone.
