My daughter and I had an appt and we had an uncomfortable encounter with one of the techs in charge of the glasses fitting. Initially, I thought the office was very beautifully decorated. I saw a lot of high-end sunglasses and eyeglasses, which I liked. At first, I was glad I chose this office instead of the one closer to my home. My daughter and I were looking at glasses when a tech came out of this room and he asked us if we had an appt. As I'm speaking, his eyes are literally searching my entire body as well as my 15 yr old daughters, almost like he was looking for something. He then began to explain that we can have a seat until we're called like he didn't want us touching the eyeglasses. When we were called, we saw the doctors and their assistants and they were really nice. I left in a hurry and forgot to buy my daughters eyeglasses but purchases my own Gucci eyeglasses. We came back at 5:55 pm to purchase the glasses and the same tech tried to tell us that he couldn't help us. Until a young lady behind the desk told him we that we still had time. I had an okay experience. I loved the selection but some of the staff needs better customer service skills and to treat people with kindness.
