I signed my son out of school and we arrived 20 minutes early. But the dentist was running an hour behind. They should have called me to inform me of their tardiness just as I would be expected to call them to report mine. I would have rearranged my schedule and my son would have been able to finish his school day. Poor communication. Also, they don’t validate parking. So if we’re there for an extra hour due to them being behind schedule, we pay the price.
As for the service, we interacted with two hygienists. Though both were kind and seemed like good workers, one needed a lot more training in order to be proficient. Dr. Tab corrected her numerous times. I’ve never had such a negative experience at a dentist.
