The staff were all very friendly, the wait time was minimal, and they were very thorough. However, the dentist could learn a thing or two from her staff. She was pushy, impatient, and came off like she didn't have the time to deal with me. If you don't have time for new patients, then don't take them. I love how she asked me if the time of day worked for a follow up, then scheduled me for a random day without telling me, and rolled her eyes when I asked what the appointment was for and if I'd have to pay for the consultation. I'm sorry that money is a concern for me, but it is. I'm also sorry that I wanted to ask some question while I was there rather than waiting until my (random date) consultation. I get that she is the expert, but respect and patience go a long way when someone is paying their hard earned money for your services.
