Friendly staff eases what can potentially be a painful experience. Patient care was professional and prompt. With all this new technology, it's very helpful when procedures are explained to you in advance. My only concern is how much is too much in terms of exrays, photo imaging...We are being charged for items we don't undertand.It may very well be legitimate, however the patient is in a vulnerable position. Otherwise, my two hour appointment was pleasant and so far all is well!

Thank You for your review, we are glad that you were pleased with our services on your first visit. We want everyone to have a complete understanding of the procedures that are recommended and the associated fees. For example, you mentioned fees for photo imaging. There is never a fee for this service; it is simply part of a new patient visit.
Dr. Faustino has a consultation with each new patient if treatment is necessary (at no additional charge) and explains in detail his findings from the examination and his recommendations for treatment. During the consultation patients have the opportunity to ask any questions they may have about their treatment. In addition, no procedure is performed without the informed consent of the patient.
We can appreciate what a patient experiences when they come to a new dentist for the first time, that is why we take the extra time to make sure the experience is comfortable, informative and productive.
