Friendly staff and vet

The vet techs are always very helpful. Front desk personnel very friendly. All in all, a good experience.

Dr. Harrison is a "cat whisperer" I appreciate her concern for darwin's distress at visiting the vet. She can calm him down and let her examine him.

Got the appointment and doctor I wanted. My appointment was right on time. Got a prompt call back with test results.

Receptionist wasn't at desk when I arrived, but I understand that circumstances sometimes make that so. When someone else noticed my standing there, she came over and helped me.

The vets at Betty Baugh really listen, and care. They are thoughtful in their solutions, and I feel like our pets are spectacularly well cared-for. We have developed relationships with the vets at Betty Baugh, and I recommend this practice to all of our friends.

Everything was great! We made a last minute appointment and they were very accommodating. We were in and out in no time. The staff was very pleasant and professional.

I don't mind paying a little more for the comfort and peace of mind I get knowing that my pets are getting only the best and most appropriate care.

It was easy to get a same day appointment and there was very little wait time. Dr. Winstead listens well, especially since my cat's problem isn't readily apparent. I actually had a video of his sneezingtcoughing spells and she took the time to watch. She made a suggestion for an xray exam if this happens again, but was not pushy about an expensive test that may not be necessary. I really appreciate that, because of the cost, but also to avoid significant stress on my cat.
