Was not pleased with my visit. In fact, the last few visits have made me like the office a little less. She is more concerned with speaking to her assistant, almost as if she isn't working on a patient. I get it's hard to talk when people are working on your mouth... but to act like they aren't even in the room is terrible customer service. I would suggest attempting to connect with your patients to make them feel like you genuinely want them there.
If it wasn't for the amazing ladies at the front desk, and my hygienist, I would have already left and found a new office.
