Having time to relax before the massage increased the experience.

The actual massage was wonderful. I had many knots that have been bothering me for sometime that Richard was able to work through. I left feeling relieved and relaxed.

I enjoyed the spa treatment, Martina was lovely.

I wasn't happy that I had to ask for my discount, and the first time she did the discount it was incorrect, the second time she did it, it sounded right but I don't know for sure. One of the main reasons I came was because I was offered the discount, I shouldn't have had to ask for it. Thank you.

I like technicians that can work and talk at the same time. those that like to chat and stop clipping toes, or massaging while they chat make the process much longer.

The German lady can do both at the same time, but not everyone can.

I have been coming to Beyond Wrapture for a long time and truthfully I started seeing the quality of the operation and services going downhill. The kelowna spa is always unorganized and so chaotic. The staff there are very laid back and it seems like they are rushed all the time. But recently a friend suggested I go to the Summerland spa and I have to admit that I personally am a difficult person to please. I work in the customer service industry and I have high expectations but i have to say that, Farzana, the manager at your Summerland spa is AMAZING. She made me feel so welcomed and relaxed, she has what I'd like to call "healing hands". The spa was clean and so tranquil, it smelled great. This girl is awesome and I highly recommend her and the Summerland location.

My pedi was lovely. Relaxing and thorough. Lily has to work extra hard to remove a gel polish that clung persistently. My feet look so pretty and ready for sandals.

I also appreciate the gentle welcome I received from the receptionist. Warm, friendly, extra attention to my need to avoid chamomile for my offer of tea.

Although my massage was great, I was a bit disappointed to find out at the end, that my massuse was not an RMT, and therefore, I will not be able to claim my massage to BLUE CROSS. I think that should be a question you ask clients, when they are booking, so it isn't an issue at the end of the appointment. This has definitely clouded my review.

I went to the Summerland location for a body treatment. Upon arrival I indicator felt like I was in a very high end spa. I have traveled all over the world and indulged in many spa treatments....and I have to say I was quite pleasantly surprised at how nice this experience was!!!

The small details that many places miss I happened to really notice! It was impeccably clean, magazines were stacked neatly, washroom smelled wonderful, robes were hung neatly on the door, and there was a place for jewellery in a satin box in your locker, There were bells attached to your locker key (genius idea as we've all misplaced our keys at one point!!!)

I was offered a sauna before hand which the staff were wonderful at giving you your privacy while in there.

I had a salt scrub done by a male and dealings can sometimes be a bit awkward in past spa experienced. This one went smoothly and very professionally.

He knew when to talk and when to simply let me relax and enjoy my experience.

After the treatment I was given instructions on how to preserve the longevetity of my treatment and given moisturizer for follow up.

I was extremely happy with my experience and can't wait for my next trip back there!!!
