Production problem and lack of notification of the problem by the company was a problem for me. The only way I found out about the problem was by checking on my order which hadn't shipped past acknowledgement date. Then, they told me a date for shipping; but, it didn't ship then either. They didn't advise any problem until I checked. If I hadn't checked, I don't know when the goods would have been shipped to my client. I did get apologies, and a call from principal. But, he didn't send tracking as I asked on Friday. I did receive the invoice very promptly on next Monday, though. Tracking was received with invoice.
I've done business with BFG mats for some years, This recent order, and the one prior,both had problems. Problems do happen. I'm disappointed that the only way I found out about the problems was through my efforts. NO ONE let me know when the problems occurred . Let me know so I don't seem ignorant when my clients wants to know where their goods are. Very, very, very dissatisfied with recent business.
