The same piece of my siloettes broke, when I had just had it replaced. I'm an elderly woman and am not involved in contact sports. I believe it gets abuse from taking off facial masks but, certainly should have lasted more than two months. The clinician said they would not be covered under a warranty because I own the glasses. I owned the glasses when they broke previously, I don't know what that has to do with anything. I didn't find this clinician accommodating or willing to work with me in anyway.

Never going back. The glasses I ordered for my son were significantly delayed. Instead of being transparent and honest about whatever caused this, the office gave me a runaround, telling me week after week that they have no idea what's going on, that they will call the lab, visit the lab, call the lab again. This went on for weeks and weeks. I was told that I cannot call any other manager to escalate, or call the lab directly, and that this is basically all out of their hands. When I finally requested my money back and left a terrible review on Yelp and Google, miraculously the manager (Michelle) called me back. She maintained that she doesn't have an office number and that the office manager was right to say there is no way to reach her (despite the fact that I called her back in some office), but nonetheless told me there was a backorder. Awful, awful handling of an issue. People who work at the office forgot all about customer service
