if you like to get disrespected and humiliated go and see this man who calls himself a doctor!
I am a patient service coordinator at a doctor office as well.
First of all They make you sign paper work about charging you $50 fee if you don't show up and don't cancel within 48 hrs which is very acceptable and normal in this field, but you as a patient have to wait for MORE THAN AN HOUR to see this man and you don't have the right to complain or ask why are you waiting this long?? ??? And then he will refuse to see you because you questioned the wait and claims that you were rude by asking why the wait ! The term Patient is always right doesn't exist in this place and no customer service what so ever!!!!!!!
So I have already filed a complaint with the Nc board of dentistry because this man doesn't follow the code of ethics . So let me get this straight to you all he wants to charge you for his time if you wasted it but you as a patient can't question or ask why is your time being wasted and don't get an apology and then get kicked out of there! So who will compensate you as a patient for your time that got wasted! I have read more than one review about the same issue so it looks like he has mental issues poor thing that can't take a complaint from patients and doesn't like to be criticized ! What a great customer service ! In my office we go above and beyond to make all patients happy ! So get some education on how to deal with people first of all and learn some respect! You are such a shame in this field!!!!
People I advise you to run away and find you a professional doctor that respects you and respect your time and respect your complains and questions.
I'm the office manager and would like to respond to this review. First, I'm sorry about this unfortunate experience and wish the outcome could have been different. However I feel that it's only fair to share our side of the story. The patient arrived 20 mins late to her appointment. Unfortunately she had to wait approx 45 mins to be seen because when she arrived late, the doctor was with another patient. While waiting for the doctor, patient was visibly agitated and made comments to a few of my staff members. She was also unpleasant to the doctor, therefore he made a conscious decision to tell patient this may not be the right practice for her.
