Ive been here twice because it was so highly recommended. My first time i requested a reddish hair color but instead left the place with jet black hair. Just yesterday i went back because i need a last minute wash and curl, my friend insisted i give them another chance and go back. Because this place is so high end i thought they could handle a simple request. The lady took me to the sink an i spent all of 60 seconds there. Didnt get conditioner and she made me walk back to the chair with my soaking ratted hair on my white blouse. While blow drying she was EXTREMELY rough. I felt like a punching bag. I have super long hair and this lady was trying to get rid of my knots with her fingers the entire time it was painful. At the end my hair looked absolutely terrible. I was fighting back tears and was embarressed to be seen. People were starring. She spent all of 30 min with me giving me the absolute worse service i have ever received. Im not very outspoken so i was super polite and forced a smile. What is worse is Bianchis charged me 45 dollars for that shit service. I tipped her 10 because thats the person i am. I was not going to write a review but when i went to my party with that hair i was receiving non stop digs. Everyone thought it was hair from the night before.
