I use to love this place but this past times have been terrible.

After making all those arrangements to be able to relax and not having a relaxing time......bienestar has lost a customer. They need to work on their customer service/ professionalism before I even think of ever going back. Sorry you lost a customer.

My therapist always concentrates on my specific areas of concern! The room ambience is comforting and spotless! I am one who likes to visit during my massage, so I have a great chemistry with her.
