Thank you for your feedback. Our goal is always to find a solution to see our sick babies. Typically, we place Diagnostic Exams on our waiting list and will call if any appointment slots become available. Unfortunately, we did not in this case and I apologize for that. We have spoken to our team and have made some adjustments so other babies with health issues won't have to wait for the period you did. We hope Sunny is feeling better and we will see you again on the 29th.
