Although great there were cancellations allowing us to be seen same day - we felt rushed in our appointment as the office was closing early, due to those cancellations. We also wish the staff were more honest about the state of our animal instead of giving us false hope after charging us for lab tests and sending us to the emergency clinic where we ultimately ended up having to put our pet down when it should have been done in the Big Creek office. Pretty disappointed as we have been loyal customers for a decade.
