The Dr & tech were very good with my dog. I waited for a few weeks for the appt. My first appt was cancelled due to staff illness. The cost was more than I expected but I did receive a partial refund on my charge card without an explanation.

I am sorry to hear we didn't meet your expectations. Unfortunately, we do have patients that come in for one reason and our doctors find other issues that need to be looked at. Our doctors pride themselves in giving each patient the needed time to provide proper care/treatment for each issue, and to make sure mom and dad know what is needed to be down at home. This may extend their time allotted for that appointment, but we know the proper care was given and the patients will feel better after their visit. I hope any veterinarian in the future gives Bailey the same care. If you would like to give us another try we would love to see Bailey again, but we understand if you feel you need to try somewhere else.
