The Big O team in Oroville are very professional and make you feel comfortable. They went out of their way to fix my truck and keep me posted as to what they were finding wrong with it. They explained everything to me so I could understand the problem. And it was fixed that same day. These guys are great, good team.

I drove in with a newly purchased vehicle that was displaying a "low tire pressure" alert. Having just cleared the alert a few hours earlier and this being my first experience with this system, I took advantage of the first available service I came to, Big-O Oroville. They found the cause, repaired the tire and I was on my way again. They were very courteous and helpful.

All of the personnel were friendly and professional. My questions were answered and the work was performed the same day I came in. There were front struts installed, wheel alignment, and transmission service performed. All in less than four hours. I couldn't have asked for more.

would be nice if you did not have to always ask the mechanic to top off ALL your fluids. the las 3 times I have been in there I have had to ask them to add windshield washer fluid to my car.

Very unprofessional. Didn’t get a spec sheet or a recipe but I did get some attitude from the employees. Wasn’t informed on what was wrong with the truck or what was done to fix it. Wasn’t informed of any warrantee or what I could do if I ran into a problem. Seems like they got some guys in there with the uniform for big o but do whatever they want. Just took my money an sent me on my way. Won’t be going back. In fact, I will continue to tell ppl about my experience there until it’s fixed.
