Service on vehicle was excellent, but Josh's customer service could use a little work. When i placed the tire order the previous day, he hung up the phone on me while I was mid-sentence, asking a question, which felt a little rude. Then when I was paying after the service was complete, we got on the topic of where I work, which is a company that he is also a client of. He proceeded to vent to me and complain about how dissatisfied he is with my company's service whenever he goes in. When Im on my day off and not at work, the last thing i want to be doing is continously having to apologize for my company. The experience left me feeling as if that is the last time I ever want to give Big-O Tire my business.
