They fixed a tire within one hour of opening on Monday, President's Day. I had a slow leak from a factory tire. It cost $35 and they checked all the other tires for proper pressure as standard. Clean waiting room. The Service Manager said 30 - 45 minutes and it took one hour.
I went here once before to get the tires balanced as I had a bad experience at the Firestone Store next door. They failed to honor a lifetime wheel balancing guarantee even though it clearly states so on the original receipt. The Firestone service manager said that the employee who waited on me "shouldn't have done that" and therefore he wasn't going to honor it. Can you believe that? So I went to Big O and they are very professional with no BS.
I am getting new tires later this year and I'll go to Big O first. Costco is always a little cheaper but when you add in the extra costs it's not that much. You also need to get your wheels aligned and Costco doesn't do that. And when I get a flat I know Big O is right down the street and quick to fix a flat, even on a holiday.
