I stopped in to see a bout getting an oil change while I wait, and was told it would be 1.5 hours or so before they could get me in. I didn't have that kind of time. They suggested I make an appointment for another day. So that afternoon I went online to see about the earliest appointment for the next day. The system offered me 9am, and I took it. My car sat in the parking lot from 9am until 10:55. I have no quarrel with the amount of time the work took once they pulled my car in. They were very thorough and very accommodating. But I'm disappointed in the whole appointment scenario. I don't think it works very well, but it was my first and only experience. I'll certainly give them another chance, but I'm not highly optimistic that it will be better. Scheduling service is a challenge, and far from a perfect science. But I can't help wondering if there's a better way.
