I brought my GMC Acadia in around 2:00 pm last Saturday with this service request: "full synthetic oil change tire rotation and vehicle inspection along with alignment warranty." I purposely marked the front right tire with yellow chalk, so I could verify that the tires had indeed been rotated. When I picked the vehicle up 4 hours later, I asked the rep to tell me what they had done. He read me the service print out which said that they had changed the oil/filter, rotated the tires, and checked the alignment per the warranty. When I showed him that the front right tire had in fact not been moved and clearly they had neither rotated the tires nor performed the alignment check after the rotation, he apologized and gave me credit for the oil/filter change. While I appreciate the credit, there is now a serious credibility issue. I have taken my cars to the Danville Big O for years and I am very disappointed.
