Everyone who waited on me was extremely helpful and courteous. The only reason I did not rate my experience as excellent is due to the company procedures that put your staff under extreme stress. They must answer phones, meet with clients with often a long line of people waiting. It is such a poor system! Why not give numbers, so customers can sit in the waiting room??? Instead, they stand and stare at the representatives, wondering how long it will take them to get their turn. This makes the entire experience, for both customers and your sales reps highly stressful and not to mention those of us who cannot stand for long periods. Meanwhile, as we wait in line, there is an empty waiting room and empty picnic tables outside.
