Excellent service. Very friendly. As a somewhat new single woman, taking care of my own car maintenance is a growing skill. I know how to change my own oil . . . (Yes! Be impressed!) . . . and, well, now I know how to check and see that my tires are embarrassingly bald. I went in hoping to get a cheap "slow leak fix", but the guys at Big O kindly ... and gently ... showed me just how bad all four of my tires were. I'm just thankful the slow leak got my attention before I blew a tire halfway to Southern California next week in the summer heat.
As I reconciled with the shock and expense of replacing 4 "run flat" tires on my Mini Cooper (I was pre-warned by a Mini owner they weren't cheap), I stared at the painful estimate trying to decide what to do. Not knowing if it was worth it to shop around, I decided to ask the kind older gentleman in the waiting room his opinion. He said, "Nah. They have great service here and you probably won't find a better deal anywhere else."
I talked with my brother after the fact and he agreed.
I had a good experience at Big O and will be back . . . apparently in 5,000 miles to have my tires rotated for free, now that I had my tires replaced there. SWEET!
