I had a bad, then a good experience. Two weeks ago I had the store install two new AT tires on my truck in the rear. I had tires with tread left on the rear, and wanted the front (bald) tires removed and replaced with what I had on the back. I told them that. The work was done, but I didn't check the tires. They charged me for four balancing, and just over a week later I had to go under the front to check on some wiring... I saw that one of the front tires was almost bald! I realized that the front tires were the same ones I had on there when the tires were changed, and further checking showed that the front tires had not been re-balanced.... I called the dealership and complained. They had thown out my old (good tires) so they could not be put back on. Eventually, Ron, the manager agreed to provide me two new tires at a 25% discount. This was good for both of us, but I believe their technician was either lazy or fibbed about doing the work right the first time around. I will continue to use Big O, but I will always check the work, every time, now.
