About
The Yoga Element, previously Bikram Yoga Bellevue, offers an upscale environment in downtown Bellevue. Housed in the award winning Elements building, which now boasts it's own Chihouly thanks to the studio's interior designer Mike Sofie, the studio is located on the second floor with stunning floor to ceiling windows.
The Yoga Element aims to make hot yoga user friendly by offering both 60 and 90 minute classes, and by offering the traditional series and the new fire series. All of these classes are still suitable for the beginner, and great for weight loss goals as well as all of the reasons one begins a yoga practice.
Our staff is friendly and curteous, and all of our teachers are either Bikram certified or graduates of Yoga to the People Hot Yoga Training. Our senior staff have both certifications.
