About
The first thing you notice upon entering the studio is the warmth. There is the physical warmth created by the 105 degree classroom and there is the warmth of the people connecting with each other and making new friends. Our hope is that BYM will become your home away from home, a place where you will feel safe, cared for, and accepted without judgment or competition.
Whether you have not exercised in years or work out on a regular basis, Bikram yoga has something to offer. We cannot guarantee your personal experience, but if you attend class regularly, and have faith, you will change your body and your life.
