Have been practising at Metrotown Bikram's Yoga for a few years. I find the staff very friendly, addressing me by name when I arrive. The Instructors are all good!! It is an excellent full body workout. I recommend everyone try Bikram's Hot Yoga. Metrotown House of Fire is the brst location I have been to, and parking is accessible :)
