My experience has been great. Fact is, I initially got connected with your studio with one primary intention: improve my flexibility. However, I must confess that during one of my classes something else happened: I went unexpectedly to a place inside of me and got emotional. What's up with that? In the midst of stretching and wiping sweat from my brow (can't let too much sweat cloud those contacts) I started . . . well . . weeping. I am just not in a position, I surmised, to be getting emotional. Gotta keep the pain buried. Just let me get flexibility!!! Thank you. Anyway, that experience, to be frank, made me realize Yoga is sublime, even holy (in the best sense of the word). And very psychological. I stopped coming for awhile. Silly me. But my hiatus has officially ended. Anyway,I returned last week. Again, it was a great experience -- as it has always been. Instructor was awesome. I learned so much about the body and mind. I want to return. I do. And I think that I will. Yet I also know that if, and when, I return, and I find myself in an unexpected place (you know, some place deep in the soul) that it is probably good for me. Renton Hot Yoga is a great place.
