I particularly appreciate how Jaina mixes around the Saturday morning Vinyasa class. The class varies from week to week so that I am never sure what is next.

Clean studio. Nice instructors. I just wish that they dimmed down the lights during class. Most hot yoga studios I practice tend to have a darker room

So happy to discover Warm Yin yoga. Can't tolerate Hot so thankful for the Warm version. Instructors give clear instructions, helpful adjustments & demonstrate respect for all ability levels. Lovely, clean & well-organized environment.

I love Cecilia's and Thang's classes most of all. They are very calm and to the point, where there is almost no distraction of a yoga flow. I also would love to see more silent yoga classes.

I absolutely love going to Renton Hot Yoga classes. Becoming a member has changed my life. I feel stronger, am.sleeping better and overall healthier . The instructors are amazing, too.

I highly recommend the studio.

Debra, Cecilia, Thang and Lawrence are my favorites. Eunice, who I find far too difficult, not enough instruction for beginner to intermediates - I'm an 'advanced intermediate' and find her Hatha and Vinyasa classes close to impossible so can't go those days/times she teaches so it's disappointing. Every other instructor I can do the entire class with no trouble. Why does she not stay on somewhat of a 'typical' class routine like the others? It's like entering another yoga universe made only for the super SKINNY, super in shape people. Heavier even in shape people, like me, just can't do her moves. Danielle is least favorite. Moving my Friday to Lawrence's slot - he is amazing and should have more classes!

After a 10 year pause from yoga I ventured into Hot Yoga and am enjoying the practice. All of the instructors are really strong, and helpful. I love the community spirit of the studio.
