The instructor of the class was so helpful and encouraging the whole time! I was sweating Iike crazy afterwards and definitely felt my muscles working throughout the whole class. After taking this class I also felt very at peace for the rest of the day and a couple days afterward.

Bikram Yoga Simsbury is by far the best studio I have practiced in. It is clean and bright and the teachers are all incredible. Richard and Laurie are welcoming and supportive of all students, no matter what their level, new or experienced. Everyone feels welcome here. This is my happy place for sure.
