Friendly staff. I hadn't been to an optometrist for more than 20 years. Everyone listened to my questions and explained what they were doing. That was very nice as exams have changed a lot since I last had one. The doctor determined what I needed and gave me options then we decided on an action plan.

I am a woman, Dr. Gerratt made me feel uncomfortable by asking questions and making comments on things an eye doctor should not. I will not be going back. However Ron was very pleasant to work with, he was friendly.
