Last Saturday morning, I walked into Bill's with a broken lawn mower on my mind & a decision to fix it myself. While waiting in line, a service tech walked up & asked if he could help me. I told him my problem & he patiently helped me understand how to take care of it. In no way did I get the "helpless little lady" treatment that I & most women get when we ask for help at most repair shops. The service tech (who I found out later was actually the owner) was courteous & straightforward. As a result, I went home with a can of carburetor cleaner & a confidence that I could actually do this. I just wanted to let you know, "I DID IT!!!" My son thinks his mom is pretty awesome. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
