We ran into an issue with our garbage disposal. We called Bill's at 9am and they said they could have someone to us the same day but it would be after 5pm. They provided a quote over the phone based on how I described the problem.
Two service men arrived about 4:30pm (they called first and stated they were running ahead of schedule and could them come early).
The problem was not quite what I described. They resolved the problem in about 30 minutes. My final bill was less than half of what was quoted to me.
