While traveling in our motorhome over the Memorial Day weekend the motorhome just quit and we coasted to a stop in the emergency lane along the Indiana Toll Road just a few miles from the Ohio state line. We call our emergency roadside assistance and they put us in touch with Bill’s Professional Towing and Repair. The wrecker arrived within a half an hour. I felt bad for the driver as it was pouring dawn rain while he got us hooked up. We rode in the wrecker cab on the way back to their facility and the driver was very friendly and professional. Bill’s shop was going to do the repairs as well. They graciously parked us alongside their shop where we could plug in as we would have to stay overnight until the shop opened after the holiday. Shortly after they opened on Tuesday they pulled our motorhome into the shop and began working on it. As a side note – we had experienced this same problem four years ago and it took that repair shop 2 ½ weeks and $2100.00 to repair our unit. Thinking it would be several weeks before our unit would be ready we rented a car to take some of our belongings and dogs back home (2 ½ hours away). Bill’s graciously offered to take me to the car rental agency which I accepted as the rental agency had no way to pick me up. We left the motorhome with them on Tuesday morning and received a call that the motorhome was fixed and ready for pickup on Friday morning. I asked for the repair cost and was told $214.00, that’s right! Only $214.00 – I was expecting a much longer wait and a much higher repair bill based on our past experience. In summary, Bill’s Professional Towing and Repair provided us with outstanding courtesy and service and I would most highly recommend them to everyone.

I have used Bill's Professional Towing & Repair ever since he started His business at the Orland Marathon Station! I'm very pleased with Bill has grown and His professionalism is unbeatable!
Besides I must patronize one of my Boy Scouts in Orland troop 184 and that's been a few years!
