About
Bindi Yoga is located in the heart of Lynnwood, WA (196th St SW) offering a variety of ways to get your yoga and fitness fix! We provide a hot room for Hot Yoga lovers and a room that is slightly above room temperature for those who do not like the heat. We are always adding new class choices to keep things fresh.
We have high quality instructors that are all certified in yoga and most are CPR and/or first aid. Our facilities feature a spacious womens locker room with a shower and cubbies to put all of your belongings. The mens changing room also has cubbies to store your belongings. Sorry guys there is no shower. The heat in our hot room is set at a toasty 105 degrees.

It was pretty awful. The room was freezing (Yin) and while the instructor told us to go inside and be still, she participated with a man who kept talking and putting down the music. My body stayed cramped and my back is still sore from trying to stretch cold.
I will try hot yoga and let you know.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know your experience at the studio. I'm sorry that it wasn't a great experience and hope your other classes you take here will offset that one. I want you to know that I did speak to the teacher so she can pay more attention to the heat level and to speak to the student about disruptions during class.
