Our experience with Bishop Heating has been great over the years. They service our HVAC system at home, and just recently, began working with our small business. They just installed an economical ventilation system to improve air quality during sanitation operations. They are now servicing our HVAC systems there as well. The management, service teams, and office staff are great to work with. Management is extremely responsive and listens to your needs, the service teams are very helpful, friendly and clean, and the office staff is always pleasant. Highly recommended.

I had a no heat Emergency on a recent Sunday. I didn't remember that my thermostat is battery operated, and my batteries had expired. Anyway, I called Bishop's number and left a message regarding the emergency. Kevin responded in less than 10 minutes and was at my home within the hour. I felt really bad that I disturbed his Sunday morning. He couldn't have been nicer. He checked the furnace and thermostat and fixed the problem. If you have to go through losing your heat on a really cold day, Bishop takes care of you professionally, kindly and quickly. I've used them for years, and they don't disappoint.

Kevin sold me a $700 induction motor, which after I inspected didn't think was bad. He said bearings were frozen -- free-wheeled just fine. I foolishly forgot to ask him to leave the "bad" motor. $1200 later and two visits the problem still wasn't solved.

John came out the next time and immediately figured out the cause of the problem. A $130 part and everything is working fine.

I think I should be re-imbursed for the $700+ induction motor
