Everyone that worked with us was incredibly pleasant. You could easily tell how genuinely they care about all animals. Great experience and we will be bringing all of our animals there.

Friendly Staff and convenient facility. My boxer had a slow healing injury. The staff made a slight change in the treatment and the injury healed very quickly.

We had to bring our cat in for dental surgery and the staff was so welcoming and wonderful from the moment we checked her in until the moment we picked her up. I received a phone call during the surgery and after, which I really appreciated as it helped calm my nerves. Dr. Kubik was fantastic and called as soon as the surgery was done to update me about everything, and helped my cat have a better quality of life. Katy was excellent and made the check in and check out process as stress free as possible, and Amanda was an excellent technician. I also appreciate that they offer CareCredit so I can get my pets the care they deserve without completely emptying my account. I feel very confident in choosing Bismarck Animal Clinic & Hospital and trust them completely with my pets, both present and future.

I came into the clinic with my pet as an "urgent care visit" during normal business hours. I was given an estimate of $440 and told that this is was a "worst-case scenario" estimate and she stated that some charges would be less or dropped if sutures were not needed, procedure went smooth, etc. I received a call from the vet approx. 3 hours later stating everything went well and that I could come get my pet. I showed up, 4 hours after the initial drop-off, and my bill was only $20 less than the "worst-case scenario" estimate. I was charged $98 for an urgent care visit (this covers NOTHING, just my fee for walking in the door); my suture fee was changed to a extraction fee, not dropped like I was initially told; I had a hospitalization fee and a nursing fee- note that my pet came into the clinic in a personal kennel, and was there less than 5 hours; I also had numerous other charges. I asked about the charges and why I was initially told the estimate was a "worst case scenario" fee when really it was just shy of my actual bill for a rather straightforward procedure. She compared my pets charges to that of my child getting a procedure in a hospital (which is like comparing apples to oranges in my opinion). I stated that I felt like I was duped into this large bill and the lady said she will have the vet call me the next day. The next morning I got a call from the vet verifying all the charges and even stated that they also gave my pet an IV antibiotic as well since they were still below my estimated "worse case scenario" cost. I received an apology for "my" misunderstanding and was asked to pay my bill.

Everyone was so personable and professional. They were gentle with my two kittens and answered all of my questions. Dr. Bucholz was wonderful and very knowlegeable about the care and behavior of cats.

The staff that we encountered at Luxe is spectacular! Some of the best customer service I have ever received and that's saying something (I'm from out of town and live in a very yuppy area) Liz the massage therapist was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable and skilled. Brandi and Natasha that did our nails were extremely personable and did an amazing job. I am here for a wedding and Natasha even offered to come in to do my makeup over the weekend since everywhere was booked out! WHAAA?!?! Talk about going above and beyond!! If I lived in the area I would be back on the regular.
