So pleased with the entire experience! I was a new patient that they got scheduled in a day, my appointment was right on time and the doctor was kind and informative and treated me with exactly what I needed to relieve my pain. Highly impressed!

Doctor didn’t listen to me at all.

I told him I’m already taking ibuprofen- he tries to prescribe it

I told him I can’t walk - NOBODY in the office helps. I was left to gripping the walls.

Doctor tries to get me to personally buy wheeled roller crutch thing - told him I couldn’t cause of my job and still gave me the paper for it anyways.

Does not supply crutches

Girl worker asked me what happen - I explain and she cuts me off mid sentence and walks away

Doctor couldn’t stop touching my medical boot. Patting it as if it was a dog. For how much my boot was touched, there’s no reason someone couldn’t help me walk.

Told doctor it’s muscle and tendons I’m worried about - won’t stop talking about how it’s not broken when I told him I’m fully aware of that.

Doctor did not fully wear masks properly (nose uncovered) but forces guests to.

Office was absolutely dirty.

If you want to feel like someone cares you’re in pain, this is NOT the place.

Dr Brown head was fast friendly and to the point he didn't judge me for waiting so long and I like the general demeanor and how he treated me

My foot doctor is an expert with foot pain and xrays He knew where the most painful spots were...gave me a cortisone shot

and I was off and running!!!

Having never seen a podiatrist before I was a little scared about what might have to be done. When the Dr. Broadhead entered the room he immediately put me at ease with his friendly greeting than got down to business taking care of my feet and said that it wasn't as bad as I thought it was. He explained everything he was going to do and also how to take care of them at home step by step. The staff were all helpful, friendly and very professional. As R. Brown

Dr Broadhead discussed what he was going to do made me feel like I was part of the treatment wasn't judgmental for me letting it go so long and I generally liked his demeanor on the way he acted towards his patient
