We've been seeing Dr. Clements for the last 8 years with our first cat and couldn't feel more supported and comforted by the care she has provided to Butterz. Her thorough and gentle approach to physical examination has always put Butterz at ease and going to the vet is no longer a traumatic experience. Our experience with the vet techs has also been superlative. We always feel that Butterz is in good hands and we feel very fortunate to have such great people care for our pet. Despite our move to Barrhaven in recent years, we kept our pet as a BAH patient because we do not feel that we will find this high level care anywhere else!

Staff were amazing as well.
Too bad you are owned by a massive US corporation ... I cannot recommend you for that reason.

Great! We were granted an appointment for Friday within less than 24 hours from our first call. Dr. Walter was totally engaged and explained his diagnosis and the prescribed treatment in the clearest manner. Most importantly, Friday is almost fully recovered and is most grateful for the care he received at the Blair.
