Sales experience was very good. I was well taken care of and ordered a pair of glasses.
After ordering the glasses Bling completely failed in their service. About 2 weeks later I called to see if my glasses had come in. I was expecting a call from them but decided to be proactive as I had heard nothing yet. I called around 11 am and I was told that they would look into where my glasses were and would call me back. After not hearing back by 5:30 pm I called them back to again check on my glasses. This time I was told that an associate had sold the frames I had ordered to someone else on the same day and that the frames were on back order until May 18th. (My order date was April 4th) It would then be another 2 weeks until those glasses would be ready. All this and no one called me.
So, besides selling my frames to someone else, they never bothered to call me to informing me of the mistake and attempt to fix it. I had to call them. When I called to check on my glasses I was told they would look into it and get back to me. They failed to even call me back; after 6 hours I had to call them back before I was told of the problem.
Completely incompetent and dismissive of the customer..
